april is full of fun projects, skills, and experiences:

• ♡ baking : creating my first sourdough starter (organic dark rye flour and spelt flour based), daily discard and feed
• ♡ baking : making my first sourdough loaf once my starter is mature mid-month
• ♡ moto mech : fuel injection course, using a scanner to determine issues with sensors and other EFI system components, being able to identify EFI components on a bike
• ♡ moto mech : switch out the headlight on my Ducati
• ♡ moto mech : install a new seat cowl on my Ducati to delete passenger seat
• ♡ truck maintenance : plan for valve gasket replacement and oil change
• ♡ riding : continue improving on turns, body position, and shifting
• ♡ gardening : making sure my veggies, herbs, and florals get the right amount of sun and water
• ♡ gardening : seed starting in peat pots to transplant in the next couple months (peppers, squash, tomatillos, lemon cucumbers)
• ♡ rollerskating + baking : planning to be a baked goods vendor at a friend's rollerskating event and competition "Rat Race"
• ♡ continuing to build this creative hub!
